How do I run the SNMP Poll debugging tool?

To run the SNMP Poll debugging tool:

1. In the Statseeker Console select a device with an interface with the issue in the Device Filter column
2. Select Details in the Interfaces section
3. In the page that opens find the interface and note the index in the Index column
4. Go to the Admin Tool GUI and select SNMP Poll in the Expert Tools section
5. In the first box at the top of the page use the drop-down arrow to select the device
6. In the second box enter IF-MIB:ifInErrors: followed by the index noted above
   e.g. IF-MIB:ifInErrors:10120
7. Click the SNMPPoll button
