How do I run a Device Diagnostics Report?

To run a Device Diagnostics Report:

1. As "Admin" in the Statseeker GUI go to the "Console" page.
2. Select the device you would like the information for in the "Device Filter" pane on the right.
3. In the "Summary" section on the left sidebar select "Device Viewer".
4. Select "Diagnostic Log" in the left side-bar "Configuration" section in the window that pops up.
5. Select the "Run Diagnostics Report" button at the top of the page that opens.
6. Wait for the process to complete.
7. Select the "Click here to download a compressed output" link at the bottom.
8. Then please email the file, which will be in your default download location with a file name like: "devdiag-77284608-3779060557-Athens-rtr-2024-01-11_1352.html.gz", to this case.
